Product Issues

  • Unexpected Response: Photograph the affected area and contact Alison. While waiting for her response, apply Mineral Pro SPF 30+, as its ingredients have ANTI-INFLAMMATORY properties.

  • Packaging Problems: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact Alison to arrange a replacement if appropriate.

Course Purchase Terms

  • Course purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable once started.

Salon Treatment Responses

  • Mild redness, heat or irritation can be normal.
